PMO Consultant
The upgrade/implementation team is looking for an experienced, smart, energetic PMO Analyst to help maintain the master project schedule, manage risks/action items/issues/decisions, develop briefings, report progress, and support the PMO with their activities. The successful candidate will have a Business or related degree, excellent problem solving skills, ERP implementation experience, and knowledge of deployment methodologies. 

The selected candidate will be expected to:
  • Manage tasks, durations, scheduling, dependencies, resource loading, reporting from integrated master schedule maintained in Microsoft Project
  • Manage MS Project updates from multiple workstreams in a multi contractor environment
  • Develop and track metrics against the MS Project schedule
  • Manage Risks, Issues, Action Items, and Decisions, making sure team members keep the logs updated – regular reporting against the logs
  • Create briefings as requested by the client
  • Coordinate status and progress reporting
 
Required Skills:
  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
  • Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, project management, process engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, preferably on ERP implementation projects – tasks, durations, scheduling, dependencies, resource loading, reporting
  • Knowledge of SDLC and ERP implementation methods – knowledge of the agency’s PMF would be helpful
  • Experience in managing MS Project updates from multiple workstreams in a multi contractor environment
  • Experience in developing and tracking metrics against the MS Project schedule
  • Ability to manage Risks, Issues, Action Items, and Decisions, making sure team members keep the logs updated – regular reporting against the logs
  • Experience creating briefings as requested by the client
  • Coordinate status and progress reporting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized

  • Previous experience supporting a federal agency
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
