Application Administrator / Power User

Quadrint is seeking an Application Administrator / Power User in the Chantilly, VA area.

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
  • Provide analysis and design of business systems for different applications such as: financial, accounting, human resources, and other enterprise systems.
  • Handle test scripts and service requirements.
  • Work closely with end users on project development and implementation.
  • Specify the inputs to be accessed by the system, design the processing steps, and format the output to meet the users' needs.
  • Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
  • Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those information systems/programs.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to help management decide whether implementing the proposed system will be financially feasible.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Security Clearance Requirement:
Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of experience.
  • Must have working knowledge of relational database environments, structured analysis, data modeling, information engineering, mathematical model building, sampling, and cost accounting to plan the system.
